- Newly renovated (2021) family-friendly beach cottage: 2bdr/1bath (5 guests max. + baby)
- Custom rocket-bunkbeds (3 guests), Queen-bed and lots of toys, games, books, beach equipment
- Well appointed kitchen to cook a family meal (2 electric burners, microwave, coffee- machine, fridge, toaster-oven etc.) outside BBQ (coal)
- Included: Free laundry machines/dryer, parking for 2 cars, high speed WIFI (400 Mbits) for multiple streaming but NO TV
