The area is also teeming with notable colleges nearby, such as Champlain College, Burlington, and the University of Vermont, while others such as Middlebury are only a modest drive away. While here, be sure to take a day trip together to Montreal for even more things to do!

Inside this sprawling, 19th-century corporate rental home, you'll find two full kitchens, dining tables for mealtimes or family board game nights, and comfortably furnished living areas with plush seating options (including a sofa bed in one of the units), TVs, and seasonal gas fireplaces. Outdoors, fire up the gas grill, dine on the furnished patio, and take advantage of the large, grassy yard for summertime activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
