"It is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Salisbury. The room was large bright and comfortable although we could have used a place to set our luggage. It is an historic building which makes it quirky and a little rambling to navigate and the lack of an elevator makes handling luggage a challenge. That staff is upbeat and very helpful. The restaurant next door is terrific."

"Really good place to stay. Easy to get to as well connected to motorway without being so close you can hear it. Food is excellent and I would visit just to have dinner."

Why whoever is doing the work do not open the pavement area up at weekends is beyond me. No one working. But having to go out of the way to get to the hotel. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. "
