"Barry and his team provided a great level of service to ensure our stay was quiet, comfortable and enjoyable. The room was tidy and well equipped with the necessary toiletries and refreshments to use. Breakfast (full English) was cooked on demand with self service for toast,cereals and juices,teas and coffees. For a Public House with accommodation to provide this level of service shows dedication to the hospitality sector. "

"All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and freshly made, decent beer and a relaxed vibe. Nice rural village, and a decent room. I didn't realise when I booked that it was a bath with no shower, and being over six foot, I could not stand up in the bath and use the spray attachment because of the low-sloping roof - but I still enjoyed the stay"

"We all really loved our 2 night stay here - the hosts were always friendly and really helpful with lots of local knowledge. The beds were comfy and the house has a lot of character. The breakfast was always delicious and a good sized serving."

"Lovely inn in quaint Oxfordshire village. Food and service were excellent and we had a charming cosy room in the Eves of the hotel. Would highly recommend now it is owned by two brothers who clearly take great pride in delivering a wonderful experience."

"Terrible first night in tiny single room in the Manor, couldn't control heating, room far too hot, open windows couldn't be secured so rattled all night. Squeaky, bouncy bed. 'Private bathroom' actually separate from room so had to lock room (lock impossible to understand), take massive bathroom key and towells to bathroom, which was very uninviting, lock up and unlock again. Didn't appreciate label on shower dispenser saying Do Not Remove, or one above taps saying Hot Water - ??? Felt like an...

"Simply amazing, self contained Annex with sitting room overlooking the garden, large bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and well appointed kitchen fully stocked with lots and pans. I only stayed 2 nights and ate out, but for others this would be ideal as a base location to explore the area. "

"Well heating in my room did not work. The room was a bit chilly late at night. And the water was not hot enough. It would be nice to have a few more plugs in the room for charger and laptop. I only saw 2 one for the light and 1 for the kettle"

"Very clean and comfortable stay. Some better signage to find the block would have helped. At breakfast we were told it was until 10am, a couple after me arrived at 9.40 to be told it finished at 9.30am."

"The accomodation was very nice and very comfortable. I was only staying for one night. The owner could not of been more thoughtful. She recommended some nice pubs for an evening meal which were fine. My only problem was that there was no television and the WiFi was intermittent so I was at a bit of a loss how to keep occupied. "
