"The hotel is above average in amenities. The location is 10 kilometres from downtown so preferable if you have a car. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok . Dinner was good . Pizza and steak and pasta were good. Serving staff very nice . It is Not a luxurious property and the price reflects that so there were no expectations. The gardens are pretty though."

"Room could have been a bit bigger but had modern amenities. Not a lot of places to eat in area but we tried the two across the street and they were great!"

"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...
