BRIDE APT is a modern flat with two terraces from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Como. It is located in Colonno, a characteristic village near Argegno. BRIDE APT is arranged on two floors. It consists of: a large open space living room with kitchen and access to the outdoor terrace. A twin bedroom, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBRIDE APT is arranged on two floors. Upon entering, a large open space living area with kitchen. The living room has a sofa with relaxing armchairs and a TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. From this area there is direct access to one of the two outdoor spaces, a large furnished terrace with a splendid view of Lake Como. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Also from here there is direct access to the second outdoor area, with a large terrace with lake view.

The flat does not have air conditioning, but fans will be at guests\' disposal, has 2 private parking spaces, Wi-Fi, and can accommodate up to 6 people.ACCESSIBILITY & PARKINGBRIDE APT is located in the upper part of the village and can only be reached by car. It has a parking space in a private garage and an uncovered parking space. The entrance is easily reached by climbing a few steps outside. Internally, the flat is arranged on two floors.COLONNO & SURROUNDINGSColonno is a charming little village on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its natural beauty and authentic charm. This picturesque village is an ideal place for those seeking tranquillity and breathtaking views. The view of the lake, with its crystal-clear waters and reflecting mountains, is one of the main attractions. Colonno is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding green hills. Trails from the village offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains, such as the famous Greenway to Griante. Thanks to its location, it is a peaceful corner away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the nature and serenity of Lake Como.

Please note that there are no bars or restaurants in Colonno and the nearest supermarket is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3.5 km from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

One kilometre from the flat you will find the bus stop and the boat stop. Please note that there are only 2 boats per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour.

The use of a car is recommended, as the villa has private parking spaces and is far from public transport stops.
