"Convenient location, great value for money. Large, air conditioned room. The breakfast was way more than we were expecting for a continental breakfast spread, so many choices. The staff were so helpful and kind - they stored our luggage on arrival and also put it upstairs in our room once it was ready. We felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice clean hotel, staff were very good. The surrounding area isn't great, lots of drunks and druggies on the streets, but that's not the hotels fault. Try to get a room on the rear, ours was on the front and it was really noisy all night, maybe better soundproof windows."

"The hotel room, gym, and overall amenities were very nice. However, there were a few things that I found disappointing considering the price we paid. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection of meat options. There were more than 30 types of pork, ham, and similar products, but there was not a single proper chicken option. There was only one type of chicken sausage, which felt insufficient for a hotel of this standard. The smoked salmon was also quite low in quality and was frequently unavailable, with the plate often left empty for long periods. Water only two 300ml bottles and not replaced. Another issue was the housekeeping service. I found the cleaning staff quite unresponsive when it came to replacing the soap bar in the room. I contacted the hotel by phone on multiple occasions and also submitted a request, but they never replied. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better attention to basic guest requests."
