"We had a few issues with the stay at Lutsen. Shortly after check-in we noticed the fire suppression system was leaking. Service came in relative short order and mentioned this was a serious issue and additional service teams would be needed to address. The management team was able to relocate us to another unit so we wouldn't be bothered with the investigation. The new unit was nicer than the previous unit.
