"Beautiful property with lots of amenities! Our family enjoyed the Toccoa river and being located right at the fish trap we were set for success. The game room was fun and so was the Blue Ridge Railway which came by every day we were there. Lots of nice decks and outside furniture areas to enjoy the outdoors. Also lots of steps, so especially the way back up may be hard for those with mobility issues. Wonderful place for fishing, nature and fun!"
"Beautiful location and all the details were thought through! We loved using the kayaks. The porches were wonderful for enjoying the beauty of the location. Close to Blue Ridge and Elijay for fun outings. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was our 2nd stay, the first time 2 years ago we enjoyed the stay so much that we invited our family, the grand kids loved the river, could not keep them from enjoying the chilling experience of wading and exploring it.Tubing in the river was a big hit.The fire pit was perfect to enjoy smores and comradery of family time, everything was properly provided, our 2 grand boys wanted to camp out and they were able to do it. This is the best place to enjoy the area. "
