"We had a lovely stay, sadly we didn't have long enough but next time we will make sure we have plenty of time to enjoy the facilities available for longer. on arrival there is plenty for kids, a big tv in reception with bean bags, plenty of arcades, animal theme throughout. The food albeit expensive was very good, the breakfast included with the stay was excellent, so much choice and to watch the giraffes have their breakfast whilst we ate ours was truly magical!"

"The room was great very clean good standard. Very impressed with everything. Right by valet parking which was great. We had an early start in the morning but my wake up call at 3am was very welcome. Will definitely use the hotel if going out fromSouth Teeminal. All staff very friendly and helpful. "

"Great location in North Terminal of Gatwick airport. Don’t even have to go outside. Several Restaurants on site at hotel or access to the airport facilities are easy as well. Also near shuttle link to South Terminal where there is access to direct trains into London."

"This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."

"We were on a flying visit, literally one night and left the next morning. During our stay the staff were really helpful, informative and polite. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were very tired and dated but clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and kept us more than warm enough throughout the night. No complaints from us and we enjoyed our short stay here and breakfast was a good morning starter for us all too. "
