"Our family of five stayed here for two nights before catching a flight from Gatwick. Our hosts were gracious and great communicators. The beds were comfortable, the entire property kept in great shape and very clean, and it was super convenient for getting to the airport as well as occupying ourselves while there. I highly recommend a stay here."

"I had a very nice stay here. Saati was very pleasant and helpful, and it was a quick ride from the airport. The building is very old (1574!), and the surrounding area was very pretty. There were some gnats in my room near the window; to be expected in a historical building. They did not negatively impact my stay at all. Mosquito nets are provided."

"The Percy Arms is truly a hidden gem in Surrey. Situated in the quaint village of Chilworth, this quiet Inn was absolutely fantastic on all fronts. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The bar/restaurant offers upscale comfort food and is a place for locals and tourists alike. The staff went above and beyond, and were very welcoming. "Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

"3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"Wow what a little gem of a hotel with restaurant. Room was amazing, modern, classic and Mediterranean feel in heart of a Kent village. If you get room 8 or 9 you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant food was top notch if a little pricy and the included breakfast was also lovely in quality and flavour. Would pick over a chain hotel any day especially as location has few choices for accommodation."

"Booked last minute service was good and prompt as arrived late. The was small but livable. The room smelt of sewage. In the bathroom they had painted over the mould. It was unclean with evidence of cockroaches. The room was facing London Rd in Norbury not Streatham as it says on the advert and was very noisy. The blinds filtered no light. The fan was old and essentially useless. I left to go stay in my car "

"Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to"
