"Staff was sweet and the best but THE CLEANLINESS WAS HORRIBLE. Air conditioner was good but again I couldn’t get past the dirty rooms. I had a terrible room when I checked in, they moved me to another one and the experience was overall the same. I came to the conclusion that no other room would be better based on the dirty and unkept building :(!"

"The adults only hotel was a nice getaway while also being the place to rest, while traveling around Puerto Rico. Breakfast was solid, the room is chilly especially when you'll be in the hot sun, outside. Although you may want to check your room for ants. I had a total of 6, mostly in the bathroom, but hey, at least they're not bed bugs. Stylish pool, a bar, and a restaurant also helps well. Would stay if this was an option."

"Venue itself was really nice. The casino was fun...I even won a little. Pool and beach access was awesome. Parking was a breeze and accessible. food was kinda mid. Breakfast buffet was ok at best. The two free drinks at Happy Hour was really nice."

"I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching it."
