The enclosed courtyard is an ideal gathering spot, complete with a fire pit during the fall and winter months or solar lit umbrella during the spring and summer. Along with a gas grill, the courtyard is a great place for making memorable evenings under the stars.

You'll have access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during the winter season. Enjoy the convenience of a designated beach area with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms, making your beach days as comfortable as possible. During the summer, take advantage of poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for rent through Guest Services.

Inside, the home boasts brand new stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops in the fully-stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and offering both a Cuisinart drip coffee maker and Kuerig machine. With a spacious living area, dining room, and a variety of entertainment options including board games and smart TV's with streaming options in each bedroom, you'll find plenty of ways to relax after a day of adventure. The top floor features a separate kids bunk room & playroom, complete with bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and wet bar.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Noise reduction program. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

The house comes with plenty of beach towels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home and neighborhood!

The home is beautiful! A short walk to the beach and even shorter to the pool. Such a nice and enjoyable vacation. The restaurant also had a great outdoor atmosphere with live music and fantastic food. Would highly recommend!
