Affectionately known as the “Beach Country Cottage,” this inviting and updated two-bedroom condo offers an open-concept floor plan, modern decor, and chic furnishings.

Nestled in the exclusive Beach Club condominium complex, guests will enjoy access to amenities, including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, gazebo, cabanas, and a sidewalk to the beach.

After a day at the beach, grill dinner at the community barbeque area, then dine al fresco on your private balcony. Or enjoy one of the walkable restaurants in the neighborhood.

LIVING AREAS

The welcoming living room is decorated in a relaxed tropical style with beautiful artwork that reflects the coastal lifestyle.

Unwind on the queen sofa bed and armchairs while watching a film on the 65” TV. Or gather around the coffee table for a game night.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, well-equipped with all the gadgets you might need. A glass-top range, double sink, dishwasher, and ample counter space make cooking and cleanup a breeze. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two.

When it’s time to eat, convene at the four-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Kick back in the main bedroom with a 50-inch TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Please note this rental is not wheelchair accessible. Although on the ground-level, there are four steps leading to the entry.

THE LOCATION

Take a scenic 30-minute drive and check out Padre Island National Seashore for outdoor activities, camping, and central flyway birding along a 70-mile-long preserved barrier island.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
