"I booked last minute and the owner was able to meet us at the property. Check in was easy. The bedroom was nice and clean, along with the bathroom and there were towels. Also there was tv with cable, ac (did not turn on) and a fan. If i come back def will return."

"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We got engaged just next to the apartments near the canal. Beautiful dock at the end of alley and amazing service by everyone we met at the apartments. Will definitely be returning in the future. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect. "

"Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! "We had a great stay! Staff was very flexible and communicative. At first, we were supposed to arrive after hours so we arranged to meet later in the day. We ended up having a last minute change of plans and we arrived earlier, the staff was flexible and our room was ready by the time we get there. Highly recommend. Ps: be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage."
