"We had an amazing holiday. The villa was just as described. Weather was perfect. Beds were very comfy, shutters kept the light out so we had a great nights sleep. The pool was nice and it helped having plenty of parasols. We enjoyed eating out at the local town, villamoura and vale de lobo. Overall villa was great quality with everything we needed."

"Great host, very accommodating. Although rustic the accommodation was really well equipped. Enjoyed the games room and the lakeside beach. We didn’t get time to use the kayaks, but they were available to use. Enjoyed the boulle’s and amazing views and it’s a great place to get off the beaten track. It is reached by a long and bumpy road, it’s well worth it to relax."

"We had a fantastic two weeks at quinta azul. The highlights were definitely the enormous private pool and outdoor area. We loved the peaceful country location away from the touristy coast. Silves is only a few minutes away and has shops, bars and restaurants as well as a historical centre with a great castle. We would highly recommend this place for families looking for a quiet and simple retreat!"

"Location is beautiful But we value our privacy and the owner of the property doesn't let you know he is coming x 3 times in the 2 weeks We woke up one morning to find him in the garden! We had children with us and did not feel safe when he left as he just leaves the gate wide open The swimming pool was very unsafe and filthy the owner had to call a technician out to fix the pool and it took us a hour to clean the pool when we arrived On day 2 he accused us of breaking the umbrella...

In the mill you find everything you need (waterbed / little kitchen / beautiful bathroom / grill outside / peaceful area). The pleasant communication with Jacqueline enables an uncomplicated stay."
