"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

"Very nice property! The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We walked down to the beach in the dark and felt very safe, and we had the full moon to illuminate the street. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and sat outside surrounded by nature. It’s not near the city, but a nice change from surrounding concrete."

"The hotel was great! Right at the beach with amazing views, room was upgraded thanks to the lovely receptionist. It is spacious, clean, nice decor, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area is the weakest point in my opinion, maybe some attention to detail, mini jacuzzi was not working, not enough umbrellas, however towels were provided- lovely! "The only reason I reduced some of the stars is because of the cost-benefit comparison. It is a very comfortable but also very expensive hotel. Breakfast was nice, but I would expect Portuguese itens in the buffet. The hotel is getting very old and it looks like maintenance is not keeping up. "
