"The lake community and property were great with access to the lake, kayaks, and either kayak or short drive to the pool/beach area. The house itself could use a few upgrades but overall was fine. We did have issues with the pool pass and had to wait quite a while to have security let us in so that should be something to check before guests arrive, as well as having a new propane tank for the grill. We did get that replaced the day after we asked and had to use the stove for dinner that night but...
