"We had a pool and ocean view from our patio on the second floor. View was beautiful room was clean, we had everything we needed and more! The staff is very friendly and accommodating Overall resort was great we would definitely go back!"

"The staff was really helpful. The food was delicious. Just note in order to get to this resort from the airport you need to take the ferry. Once on the island you can walk 20 minutes. The beach is on the other side about a 5 minute taxi ride. Enjoy! "

"We had a garden view room & it was lovely hearing the birds chirping! Palm trees for the view! The staff were always friendly & helpful. The rooms were cleaned by 10:00 daily. The food choices are good & there are many options within walking if you don’t want what’s at the resort. This was our second time staying at Grand Park Royal. "

"The Royal level manager, Itzel, went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. While the food at the resort is not 5-star (compared to other resorts we've been to), there was always something we enjoyed eating. "

"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at restaurants around town. The only downfall to this property is the distance from the dives. In a slow boat it could take 45-1 hr. We also had a wonky shower that while it worked was difficult to get pressure through a large head. This is a wonderful place to stay and the beach is perfect!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite. "

"This hotel is great for divers . There is a dive shop on site and more next door. The restaurant opens one hour before dive boat goes. You also can walk around to some shops if you want or other restaurants. You can rent a car at the front desk if you want. Less than 5 minutes to one of the national parks by car. Oh and nice shore dive right out front of the hotel "
