"The beach is amazing. The property is older but comfortable. The food is soso but there is plenty of it. The service staff are amazing. Drinks are plentiful. We've stayed here several times and will keep going back. Its a good price for the experience."

"This property is gorgeous - there are smaller "bungalows" with four rooms downstairs and four above. The bungalows are scattered between the lobby/main dining area and the pool/beach area. They are set in a beautiful tropical jungle setting kept "natural" and yet manicured to be perfectly landscaped. There is a lot of wildlife! The dedicated dive center offers dive trips multiple times a day with several boats each time so this is a very popular place for divers. They also do a terrific snorkel trip. The beach/ocean area is beautiful Caribbean Sea - rocky along the shore, but the pier has steps down into the ocean where you can get in more easily. There are a TON of fish right under the pier - so a short snorkel is perfect there. There is a lot of boat traffic near the pier so you can not swim outside the buoys snorkel a great distance out. You can walk down the beach a way to find more snorkeling. We found the room to be very comfortable with strong A/C, plenty of space to put your belongings, a nice sized bathroom with walk in shower, and a mini fridge that they will restock for you. The all inclusive makes eating easy and there are several restaurants to choose from. There are many activities to choose from or you can just relax. There are not a lot of "beach front" rooms. Our room was one of the furthest back but it was quiet and relaxing away from the pool and beach, close to the gym and restaurants. Easy to walk to the beach. We look forward to going back!"

"I am not one for writing reviews; however, after reading what I now believe to be several unfair reviews in criticism of the resort, I felt strongly about posting regarding my experience. It should be understood that we stayed in room 922, an oceanfront room on the preferred side of the resort. Our bags were taken to our rooms, and check-in was seamless at the preferred lounge where we had drinks and snacks while we waited for others to check in. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and was clean. If we needed something, it was provided. Our air conditioner kept the room cool and dry. We ate at most on-site restaurants, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality and presentation for an all-inclusive resort. We also ordered room service which was timely and really very good. We had six in our group and were always able to find chairs together on the beach and at the pool. The beach was clean, but bring water shoes if you plan on getting into the water. The shore is rocky, and people were struggling a decent amount getting into and out of the water without shoes. I had a massage and facial at the spa, which was fine and relaxing, but would probably skip the spa next time. While all-inclusive, we did tip all staff and servers over the week, which may have resulted in ‘perks’ and more attention along the way. My least favorite was the buffet, but I am in general, not a fan of buffets. Overall, great week and would go again."

"Be careful walking on the pier it has a slippery spot and also the ladder can be quite slippery. Other than that it's perfect paradise!!!"
