Needs maintenance. Great bargain for the money.

Great location but very run down. Our bathroom smelled like methane gas from the sewer. We had to open our front door to vent the room after we opened the bathroom door. Other than that if you are looking for a great bargain in Cozumel this is ok. I felt safe and the people who who were were very sweet and kind. With a little work this could be a great bargain hotel.

Stayed there years ago in the late 90’s when it was $20/night U.S. Now, it’s $47/ CDN. A classic diver hotel. Basic, clean, safe, and simple! Hot water comes and goes.Had a King bed and A/C with fan. No TV. They offer breakfast. A great coffee shop a few doors down toward the ocean, “Sugar Sale”! Housekeeping daily! Great staff! A block and a half from the beach, 50 ft from San Miguel Square! Scooter rental right across the street! “Cozumel Dreaming” sushi restaurant (excellent) a few doors down the other way! Smoking’ deal!

This hotel was close to the ferry, but the clerk who help us to check in had a terrible attitude not friendly at all The room was really small and old The toilet was clogged And was so much noise every morning I will not recommend at all

We did NOT stay. We went to check in, and look around, waited for the managers to stop gossiping for a full twenty min before helping us, we asked to see a room and it was tiny, hot, no fan, no air conditioning, no tv, dirty, bad odor, bugs everywhere inside, filthy bathroom. We have stayed in 19 different places in mexico for the same price or less, and had never seen anything like this disaster. I certainly hope I am not charged for this booking, because it was nothing like advertised. I don't blame the hotel, I blame the hotels.com.

Las dimensiones del cuarto sumamente incómodo, no existe posibilidad alguna para estacionar el vehículo, sino hasta más de 4 o 5 cuadras de distancia. Es triste el lugar, realmente excede el límite de lo tolerable las restricciones y cobro, por cualquier accidente dentro del lugar. Como si fuese una habitación de lujo.

This hotel is very basic. In my opinion, it is all you need. The wifi was a little spotty at times, but overall it was a nice stay. Would recommend.

Nice hotel with good location

This is in opinion one of the better hotels/resorts to stay at when visiting Cozumel. It don't have a long beach with sand, but you can enjoy the sun at the beach look out at the ocean, take a swim or snorkel in it. Or you can enjoy the big pool area with entertainment if you don't want to stay at the ocean. It's close to downtown (a 10 min walk) so you can choose to eat at a local cantina or find a fine dinning, and everything between :)
