"Los cuartos están con moho en los baños necesitan una buena limpieza la regadera está estancada de cabellos , la cafetera ni café tiene par leerse un. Café en las mañanas , pero algo que está mega extraordinario es el buffet y la comida . Aunque para reservar en los restaurantes en imposible los 8 días que pase jamás hubo lugar. Para ninguno, otra cosa que encuentro es por que no tienen una lavandería de esas bellas en los locales que tienen desocupados seri algo increíble y que dejaría más de lo que es el lavado del hotel además de carísimo . En general el hotel es bello , y otra cosa que haría es limpiar más los escrementos en los pisos hacia los cuartos de que es un lugar lleno de animales para hay que ir. Esquivando los escrementos . Por lo demás no dejen de vaistar esta belleza de lugar."

"Setting the seaweed aside cause they have no control over that. We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The resort was well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with plenty of tasty options. The pool area and overall atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen and would gladly return in the future. PS Jaime and Fernando are awesome"

"Service and the crew were excellent. Room was clean but needs some upgrades . Mirror was old grey spots, bathroom and shower glass brown residue. Breakfast buffet is 2** absolutely not good. Taquitos was old, tamale’s dry. Waffles thick and tasteless. The other restaurants were fine. Definitely not even close quality like Live Aqua in Cancun."

"Resort is beautiful although wait times at the buffets were 15-20 min every morning for breakfast, we visited end of May and it was very crowded unfortunately. We ordered room service one night that we never received because they were too busy. Please know there’s no accessible beach on property and no eating allowed around the pools. If you like to order food around the pool while your little ones swim you have to visit a designated pool that it’s usually crowded because it’s the only one were food is allowed. Property is HUGE prepare to do a lot of walking because everything is far. One benefit of staying at Xcaret is the park entrance it’s included on your stay, so if you have a big family it’s convenient because even transportation is included to and from the parks and airport on your arrival and departure."
