"I booked a Lakeview room specifically for our trip to Taupo. Upon arriving at 5pm to check in, we were told that our Lakeview room had been given to someone else. We had no option but to stay in a small view less room. We were extremely anmoyed to put it mildly. Will never go back there"

"Very disappointed. Villa was very shabby, TV didn't work. Not even a cushion on the couch."

"We had to check in very late and they had everything ready for me, including the heat pump working before we arrived. The cottage (especially the beds) was really comfortable and fully equipped. Plenty of place to park in front of your room or cottage."

"The location was perfect; close to everything, quiet area, and amazing view! Communication/responses were quick and check in was a breeze. Home was very clean, stylishly decorated, beds comfortable, and was well stocked with everything you'd need during travel (towels, nice shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, good smelling laundry detergent, dryer a big plus!). The patios were really nice as well. Highly recommend, we wished we stayed longer. "

"Was a fabulous place to stay at. Loved having the space and the sofas were awesome to relax in and view the sunsets. We enjoyed staying in rather than eating out. Was a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Was a 5 minute drive to town so it was easy to get around."
