"Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse ."

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"Great location for a one night stay, clean room and very quiet which was lovely. The aircon was great and I asked for a room away from the room which was supplied. Troy on reception was amazing great customer services which is very rare. Would I stay again yes I used it for a nights stay after a great day at Jimmy’s farm. For us it just happened to be very near a wedding we were attending hence staying there and we paid £185 for a premium room for one night as we like our creature comforts including a decent size bed and mattress for a decent nights sleep. Sadly it didn't happen in our room 124. The bed was tiny, as the relatively nice staff readily agreed, telegraphing our complaint was one of many, many dissatisfied guests.
