In a peaceful, once traditional fishing village, tucked away from the coast road yet within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, fish and chip shop and a lovely sandy beach - perfect for surfing or sunbathing! Walma has become a firm favourite with our holidaymakers over the years. A perfect retreat for family and friends.Ground floor: Front door opening into hallway with staircase. Door leading into open plan kitchen/diner/lounge: Kitchen: electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Dining table with six chairs and two sofas with double doors leading out into rear garden. Separate television room: with TV and DVD player (with seating for 4 people, as per photo), table and two chairs. Family bathroom: shower over bath, washbasin, WC. Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and wardrobe.First floor: Double bedroom: with double bed, bedisde cabinets, wardrobe (please note sloping ceilings). Twin bedroom: with two single beds, bedside cabinets and hanging space (please note sloping ceilings).
Please note: Mature, cottage style garden. Pets considered. Bed linen and towels provided. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. No access to garage. Location: beach 9 minute stroll, Cromer approx. 10 minute drive.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only.
