"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "We had a small problem (self inflicted) at the start of our stay. Hotel staff was very responsive and fixed us up. Room was very clean and spacious. Very short walk to metro. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to visit Tower of London. Very good value for the price. "

"On arrival we needed photo ID which I don’t always carry, so worth keeping in mind when booking that you may need yours. The apartment was good. The bed was comfortable. We were “upgraded” but seemed a bit random and we ended up with 3 double beds for just the two of us. We had to go and ask for some loo roll as there was none in the bathroom. Not ideal when rushing in to pee and then realising after ( don’t take it for granted that there will be some before you take your pants down)! Overall...

They did not work and after a request to have them fixed they were not. Also make sure there are instructions on how to use them as they are very different than in the US. "

"Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue.
