"Where to start? The home owners were so generous and let us check into our place several hours prior to our stay so we wouldn’t have to tote our suitcases around the streets of Inverness. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Bathrooms were so clean. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Home owner had extra sweet touches with welcome cereal and cookies for our group. Loved that they had a decorated Christmas tree at the house too. The location was perfect. If I ever find myself in this part of the world again we will def book here again. "

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for wandering and taking in the atmosphere of the Highlands. Culloden House isn’t about flashy décor; it’s about soul, history, and impeccable service. If you appreciate character, storytelling, and being immersed in a place with deep historical significance, this hotel is truly special."

"Peter, the inn keeper is fantastic. Great breakfast and staff. Clean room. Easy parking and access to everything easily from Culloden to Inverness to Findhorn. "

"Though the cabin itself was a bit away from amenities, it was an overall wonderful experience. The owners were lovely and held great communication. The cabin was clean and very cozy. I would absolutely stay there again! "
