"Pros: Das Haus war ein Traum für uns. Sehr gemütlich, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, auch die Ausstattung ist super. Der Garten war ganz sehr schön groß und eingezäunt, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir können nichts bemängeln. Das Haus und die Lage ist perfekt zum runterkommen und zu Häfen und Ortschaften am Comer See ist es auch nicht weit. Immer wieder gerne"

We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do

We loved the view, privacy, helpfulness of the staff when we had rental car issues and relaxing atmosphere at the Hotel Collinetta. The room was lovely and the air conditioning very much appreciated as it was quite warm for our stay. We ate at the restaurant several times during our 4 night stay and loved every meal. The breakfast was wonderful also. Collinetta was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay again.

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. Our room had a window overlooking the Lake and that was from the side of the hotel. The front room views must be even nicer. Drinks, ice, snacks, nice breakfast, all came...

This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop!
While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat.

Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation.
