"Fantastic and helpful staff. They were accommodating enough to let us drop off luggage a few hours early before check in and the luggage was waiting for us in our room. Fantastic room that was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location right across from the train station and within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants. We felt safe and well accommodated there. The only slight hiccup was that, for a hotel of this status, we felt the breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans were not very good. The fruit was fairly mediocre as well. The pastries/bread were adequate, and the cheeses were good, as well as the coffee/hot chocolate. In spite of the mediocre breakfast, in all other regards, this hotel was far and away the best we stayed at during our entire 10-day European trip. I would definitely stay here again."

"Super affordable for visiting an expensive city. Keep your expectations low and it is perfect. It was very clean and nice break. The grocery store is excellent with excellent pricing didn’t eat at the restaurant. Reception staff could be a little bit personable and more polite though."

"A great hostel, very family friendly. Check in was easy and there is a car park if you need it. Location was great for getting into Venice. Room was big and had everything we needed (6 bed private room.) We also had the breakfast and were impressed with the selection of food."

"Excellent location to access Venice with access to the number 2 bus and a super market even closer. Pool was adequate albeit would be more convenient if pool opened at 10. Premier league football on the huge TV in the lobby too."
