"The bathroom door did bot open all the way and got stuck half way. Aside from that the hotel conveniently close to the train station in 15 minutes you were in Venice."

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."

"Awesome place to stay! They have 24-hr security so you can check in at any time after midnight. They have frequent shuttles (you have to book in advance 2.5 € per person) to Venice — People mover station Marttima (Marine) — it’s a 10 min walk to Piazzale Roma or 1 stop by people mover – which is included in the daily vaporetto travel pass if you got one. Honestly, the room has everything you’ll need, including a little patio, a fridge etc and it’s completely private. And the price is unbeatable. In Venice a tiny room in a dodgy share house will cost you 4 times more. If you’re arriving after midnight you’ll probably need to take a taxi from the airport or take a bus to Mestre and walk from there (around 35 min). We’ll definitely stay again next time."

"Extremely clean and comfortable room, nice late checkout. Walkable distance from train station with direct trains into Venice. Friendly and helpful staff. Clothes steamer in room. Restaurant menu looked good (although pricey) however did not try."
