Condition and facilities need to be improved (telephone in room was broken, too many ants behind bedside cabinet, stains on the curtain), and it was easy to hear the noise from adjacent rooms. However, the location and its lobby are nice. The staff are also friendly.

Good Location. The bathroom had traditional Shower in same location as toilet and sink. It caused the entire floor to be wet after showering. This set up is common in many Asian bathroom bur a definite inconvenience for Western travelers.

Nice hotel, room not so much

Nice hotel, great location for the beach. Multiple things wrong/broken in our room and we were told we couldnt change rooms. As the phone was one of the broken items this meant many trips from the 8th floor to reception to try and get things fixed. Due to other hotel occupants the hotel was quite noisy.

La chambre n'était pas propre. Malgré qu'il y a des ascenseurs, il faut monter plusieurs marches pour les atteindre. Le personnel était courtois et nous a assisté pour la réservation de navette pour les sites touristiques. Le déjeuner n'était pas fidèle aux images sur le site.

Da Nang isn't a great destination

The room itself was comfortable enough. The breakfast provided was inedible. The pool area was in full sun with no shade. The sun loungers were uncomfortable. The sky bar looks like its permanently closed. No where to sit comfortably in the hotel. Wouldn't recommend this place. It was noisy.

Worst breakfest. So dirty dining room.

Braekfest is worst what i have even befoo see. Breakfest time 6.30-9.00 but already 7.30 everything is finist abd they not refill. Even clean coffee cups wasn't. This happened every morning. Also all tables were fill dirty dishes. When i asked what i have to eat was answer only :sorry. And they din't nothing.you can see pictures what i added. On the second pic is all choise of breakfest 7.30 nothing more food.on the last picture you can see what looks all the tables. And all workers mooved them self veeeery slowly.

Awful hotel, deceptive rating, dirty, not worth it

Having booked this for my birthday as a treat while traveling we turned up to a dirty room with blood stains on the curtains and sheets, wires sticking out, the door didn’t lock and there was dirt and nail clippings all over, we complained and they moved us to the next room along which was the same! We showed them the problems and they ‘upgraded’ us, this from was slightly better but the bathroom door still didn’t lock. The pool was closed from 10-4 (peak time) so you can’t access it at all, and half of the adversitied amenities aren’t available. The breakfast was terrible with the only positive was a fried egg and plain toast. Expedia say it’s 3.5 stars, the front of the hotel says 3 stars and the business cards say 4. I have stayed in hostels and 2 star hotels 10x better than this. Avoid!!! This is a deceptive hotel who advertise that they provide a lot of services to get the higher ratings and custom but do not deliver.

청결도 최악. 구석 곳곳에서는 먼지, 머리카락, 냉장고안에는 벌레들..침대 메트리스는 망가져서 꺼지고, 모기 돌아다니고 방안에서 냄새 및 악취. 저렴한 가격이라고 해도 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳.
