"The concept and design of the boat were great. However the elevator service was highly problematic. During our 3 night stay one of the two elevators was out of order the entire time. On one day, for several hours, the other elevator was out of order. During that several hour period guests had to walk up or down 3 or 4 flights of stairs. Surprisingly at reception, as people were checking out with suitcases, no offer was made to carry down luggage for guests. The food at breakfast was not warm enough. The lids to pots were heavy and there was no place to rest the lids while scooping out food. Food quality was fair."

"I didn't have breakfast during my stay. The room was clean bud the bathroom looked clean but there was a damp smell like the cloths used to wipe were dirt. It didn't smell freshly cleaned evan after the cleaner cleaned the bathroom. The food served at the restaurant was fairly good and price was reasonable. very friendly bar staff and front desk staff were just ok nothing wow about the service provided in that area. There is no gym, no laundry, no room service. The rooms were sparsely furnished. No chest of drawers, the bedside tables were tiny and had no shelves or drawers, the closet was virtually non-existent. I basically used one side of my bed to lay out my clothes for the week. No enclosed closet to store clothes and shoes. No small fridge nor safe to lock up valuables. I have stayed at this brand of hotels in Canada and the US and this is not what I am used to."

"There was some not really nice smell in the room passages. The liquid shower gel on the shower wall had very little left in the show. The air conditioning is not the quietest and is understandably dated."

"A super convenient location directly across from the Canning Town Tube/Bus station. Simple breakfast choices nearby. And only a 25-minute walk to the ExCel Convention Center. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent, and the lobby has a warm vibe with ample seating for getting some work done or having a drink. "
