"Booked this place last minute from a friends recommendation. For the price and the area, it was fantastic. Other hotel’s have slightly nicer facilities but typically shoe box (really small) rooms. This had space just lacked the full hotel experience (foyer, bar, room service) but to be fair. The room was clean, somewhat spacious and had no issues. Would recommend. Cheers"

"Reception staff were great. Pulled all the stops out so I could have a room in a location I requested. Areas of the hotel were going through maintenance and decorating but caused NO disruption to guests. The car park is gated with access code that changes daily to exit it. The only 2 criticisms I can say. 1 is delivery drivers making a hell of a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel when delivering drinks and snacks. The other is the car parking charge. £5 a night. That doesn't bother...

"My king room was spacious, spotless and lovely and cool, the air conditioning was effective and whisper quiet. I was unfortunately disturbed by other inconsiderate guests who were shouting and chatting loudly in their room right up until 2.15am. I called the night manager who came up promptly and was very clear that they needed to pipe down, which they did. Annoying, but not the fault of the property."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything.
