"This house is in a well groomed neighborhood. We enjoyed our short time in Dallas, and house was close to everything. House layout was great plenty of room to sit and socialize in. Loved that all the TV's worked in every room. We choose this house out of several in the area because of the pool table. The pool table is not positioned properly making it very difficult to take shots due to the pool table to close to the walls. Only 1 pool cue was good enough to use. "If your concern is location to the gayborhood it was good. The priory was expensive and not thoroughly clean. The main floor toilet would not flush. The dining table saddle chairs were shaky and needed to be screwed together properly. The house was hot when we arrived but managed to cool down by midnight. There are only one towel in the master bath and four hand towels no washcloths. There was only four forks for dining. No corkscrew was available for use. There was pepper but no salt in...
