Immensely enjoyed my stay at Medusa. The property features an eclectic mix of rooms to fit all needs, with lots of room to relax in and fantastic toiletries to pamper yourself with. The service is excellent, with Sean and the staff available to greet you and there to handle any needs you may have. The desk is not staffed 24 hours, but there's a concierge service available via phone if you do need to reach someone after hours. My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!

Great location in a fun neighborhood and very helpful staff!

The staff were attentive and helpful. Clean and comfy room. Close to many tourist spots. Only issue is carrying suitcase up stairs but employee helped me out. I recommend this hotel. Good value for the money.

It’s a nice little hotel in close proximity to everything. What it lacks in amenities it makes up in location. They were also super accommodating when my flight plans changed. Would def stay again

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with superb service (with one exception). The physical beauty of this hotel brings the beauty of the sandstone exteriors to life with interiors which are more than a match. The staff revel in all the material the hotel designers and resident historian and forager have given them to play with. Breakfast and dinner in the Brasserie are superb and the rooms are very large and lush. The hotel is still ramping up and keeping up the personal level of service will be a challenge but...

Location was great for all of the tourist attractions and public transit to navigate the city. Great tea in room and clean and comfortable room.

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

Unbelievably enjoyable experience, a great hotel with incredible facilities. The location can't be beat, right at the heart of Sydney.
