"Regrettably, we had to leave swiftly after the internal security door to our apartment failed and we had an intruder enter our apartment whilst we were in it!! This was very distressing and concerning being a family with a small child. Subsequently , we reported it to the Police (and owner) as internal security failings compromised our stay and we had to leave earlier than planned through fear of who else may have been able to gain access to us and our child. "Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...
