"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."

"This is a cozy family-run business with a friendly and helpful staff. It's an older building with clean rooms and all the basic and essential ammenities. Nothing fancy, just solid accommodations at a convenient locaiton, a very short walk to Paddington station. The included breakfast has good variety and several hot food options. Highly recommendation for the traveler who quality simplicity. "

"One of the concierge staff, Chico, kindly gave us a personalized tour of the historic part of the hotel which was one of the highlights of our stay. He even offered to take photos of us which was above and beyond and incredibly kind. We were very happy with our stay!"

"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean, fresh and a decent size. We didn't eat so I can't comment but the restaurant looked really good. Great location, would deffinatly stay again."
