"Do not let the online pictures fool you—this place looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The marketing is a complete lie. The entire hotel and the rooms look completely rundown and dirty. We checked into our room and were disgusted. The walls, floors, furniture, and especially the bathroom were incredibly dirty. To make matters worse, I woke up with a rash on my arm. On top of the filth, we had constant maintenance issues. Our room key card stopped working repeatedly, forcing us to keep walking back and forth to the front desk to get back into our room. The front desk staff was nice and helpful, but the hotel's policies and management are an absolute joke. When we tried to get someone to at least come and clean the filth, we were told the cleaning crew only comes once every 3 days! When we complained about the conditions and requested a refund to leave, they claimed they couldn't issue one because we booked through Expedia. Yet, when Expedia customer support tried calling the hotel multiple times to help us get a cleaning crew or authorize a refund, the hotel completely ignored the calls and refused to answer."
