"It was an okay place to stay as we were just passing through. Good enough for a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend for a vacation location. The breakfast was just okay. Again, good enough for an overnight stay. We had a truck and livestock trailer and we were told it would fit in the parking lot, it did, but not very well. We had to park other vehicles in to make it work."

"We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. The hotel looked tired and worn and not overly clean. The biggest problem for us was in the bathroom -- the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult to rise from (no grab bar) and the tub had very high sides making it difficult to get in and out of, The front desk clerk said all rooms in the hotel had the same bathroom set-up, so changing rooms would not have helped. We were stuck here for three nights and not very happy about it. This Hampton Inn was not up to their usual good standard -- it's in need of renovation. The staff tried to be helpful and the breakfast was okay. Will not stay here again."

"It is my opinion that the owners of this Motel take advantge of individuals who need an affordable place to stay. I encountered several issues. I hope this helps. 1- I needed to extend my stay. I was informed the next morning that should you need to extend your stay at this location, there is a mandatory fee that must be paid. This policy is on a memo, by the check-in window, that does NOT say IMPORTANT or READ THIS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. The memo states: "Should you extend your stay, via an online reservation, after you have checked in; you are required to pay an additional fee." This is for the privilege of keeping your items in your room. Even though you have already paid for the additional time, the Motel Management DEMANDS this fee in cash to keep the room you're already settled in. Otherwise, you must clear out of the room and check back in after 3:00. There is NOTHING in the online reservation process that alerts you to this practice at this Motel, or any other location. 2- Wi-Fi is listed as an amenity, but after two conversations with the clerk, I learned the wifi signal on the second floor is often weak and UNUSABLE! The wifi is limited to the office. You need to leave the Motel if you need Internet access. 3- Not clean! I discovered a used toothbrush in the bathroom. It wasn't hiding. 4- No Hot Water! What more do you need to know? 5- No iron available and the in-room hair dryer did NOT WORK! No spares available. Bed, TV, Bathroom, Locked Door."

"We paid for 5 studio suite rooms, but upon arrival the weather was very bad. A tornado took the power out. Of course there was no blame to the hotel. Our keys would not be able to work and therefore we couldn't check in. We were told by the kind staff on site to contact the managers or to leave my number and they would reimburse us for the rooms. 3 days passed and I did not receive a phone call so I called. I spoke to a very rude manager and was basically treated like I was bothering her with my questions as to how I can go about getting a refund. She obviously didn't know or was having a bad day and took it out on me. No problem... except that you are in the hospitality business and I have a choice where I want to receive that hospitality. Therefore 1 star review and I will contine to file a claim until I receive my money back."
