"We stayed here for the night as we were hoping to check out and enjoy the area from out of state. Frankly, we wouldn’t stay here again. For the price, it looked better than some of the other places that we saw reviews for in the area, though definitely wouldn’t say this was better than anything else we were seeing, after staying here. Place was clean, though definitely in need of an update. The room was subpar. Things were definitely worn down (picture frames peeling, really worn headboard, banged up furniture, draperies barely hanging together or coming undone). If this place was renovated recently, it was definitely done on the fly, and on the cheap. The bed was atrocious honestly. We had a king-size bed and room. It was rock hard with absolutely no comforts. My partner could barely sleep through the night. And breakfast was pretty basic. Hot but barely. No coffee machine in the room either, or conveniences/amenities. If you do choose to stay here, definitely ask for a room opposite the side that’s facing the freeway, though who knows how much better that would be. We really couldn’t sleep so that was something we noticed. Definitely had higher hopes. Gonna pass on this one next time."
