"I stayed at the Kings Chamber to visit my son. It's very conveniently near motorways but also tucked away and quiet. It's right next to a shopping and food outlet area but I ate at the Marston's pub next door which has super friendly and efficient staff and a warm atmosphere. The staff at the hotel and pub are what pushed my stay up to 10 out of 10."

"Really surprised by this place. Really hidden away. The room was lovely and clean and nicely decorated, very modern. Only downfall was the chargeable parking, shame but not the end of the world as it was £5 for 24 hours…just didn’t expect it. Would definitely stay here again "

An incredible property rich in history, with a modern, well-equipped room to compliment it. Food options were extensive and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. "Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay."
