No es una casa para alojamiento vacacional. Es para vivienda residencial

Ubicación dentro de Riumar, por proximidad al paseo y a la playa. Pero no en la calle de acceso. Tener 2 lavabos. Realmente, tener entrada (alerta porche acceso a casa si lleváis mascota o niños pequeños, además de no estar adaptada para movilidad reducida o limitada), vegetación adecuada y limpia en entrada y zona de piscina, incorporar AC en habitaciones, falta tener lavavajillas y menaje de cocina completo, pésima cobertura wifi y cuidado, que falta potencia de electricidad y salta la luz si, por ejemplo, pones horno y lavadora.
