"I come often and noticed a complete staff makeover. Not as friendly and smiley as I remember, but they do their job. The hot tub was broken, and the front desk knew nothing of it, so hopefully next time I come, it's fixed. I was looking forward to using it this trip, so I was disappointed. Also, the coffee bar is sad. Last time I thought maybe it was a bad couple of days, but it has changed. Bring your own tea and creamer. Coffee was just fine and brews 24/7. But that's it- just coffee, hot water and sugar. I appreciate the convenience of this hotel and it is well-maintained for a beachfront property in it's price range, so nothing here is a deal breaker for someone like me."
