"The room appeared to be clean but we found ants shortly after we got settled. Reported it to the front desk and request the room be treated immediately, 45 minutes later after a second trip to the front desk we got a response. They sprayed and made no other effort to correct the situation. Told
Is the would re clean in 2 to 4 hours after the spray had a chance to work. Luckily we had a concert so being out of the room wasn’t an issue. When we returned all seems better. When we got up in the morning we found more ants which I took to the front desk. All we got was an I’m Sorry. I requested the room be thoroughly clean and we headed out for the day. When we returned 6 hours later the room had still not been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was not helpful and no consideration given to extreme inconveniences that the situation caused. Poor customer service and very bad experience. They offered to change our rooms but had nothing comparable to what we paid for nor did they offer any compensation for the trouble and stress. Worst experience I have ever had. Would have found a different hotel but the room was prepaid and no way to get refund."
