"It was quite cold in Chicago during our stay, but the apartment was nice and warm! The space is huge and the hosts were very communicative. The location is great - lots of food options and the L nearby. The apartment felt fairly clean overall, but the towels and sheets were a bit stained and the floors and doors were a bit squeaky. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a trip of any length!"

"it was nice for something to lay our heads however, Tv does not connect to the internet nor is it in the wall anymore, it is very cold and no heat is available. i got not one but 2 parking tickets, however when i tried to pay on the park chicago app before leaving the car, it says payments not needed. so that was great and no parking was indicated on the app."

"We stayed at the apartment for our son’s graduation. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. Communication with our host was excellent from check-in details to details about our stay and check-out. The apartment was clean bright and comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating and we did have an issue with the hot water (none). Our host worked diligently to contact maintenance and fix the hot water. Overall we were happy with our stay."
