Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The rooms are outdated. There are strange smells and the floors were sticky. Walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from cars driving by, distant emergency sirens, and even your neighbors nighttime activities. I am trying to request for a refund right now. They have responsive online chat but there’s no front desk or anything to help in person. Definitely not getting what you’re paying for. I’m telling you, look somewhere else. I was so disappointed in this stay. Easily my worse one ever.

Property gave me the wrong code to me room and repeatedly had me try the same code Numerous times. I had a long day and flight. They finally gave me a new code and I was able to get into the room after midnight. The room smelled and had hair everywhere. I booked somewhere else the next day and the property refused to refund me for my 2 days remaining stay. Good luck.

Check in system is managed on line which is ok if all goes well but is a big problem when it doesn’t. No one is on site at the property. The helpline was very frustrating and unhelpful and we ended up waiting in the hot sun for nearly two hours before being able to resolve it. Worst check in experience ever in many years of travelling.

Decent for the price, but bring ear plugs

We stayed at this location based on how close it was to Coors Field and the price. Overall, the room was spacious but we had to deal with being right next to a main road and not much separated us from the passerby’s. The property is obviously aware of this with supplying ear plugs and their attempt to cover up the windows as much as possible with thin curtains. Most of the furniture is pretty low to the ground and you have to essentially climb into the shower/tub combo, but the kitchen was open and nice to have. The A/C, shower, Washer/Dryer combo, and the dishwasher were very loud, which only added to the nearby street and pedestrian noise. The keypad for our unit only worked sometimes, luckily somebody was on site one time we couldn’t get in who could help and gave us a key. Decent for the price but probably won’t stay at this location again.

Clean apartment , fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay at sonder Denver. The apartment was clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Location is excellent and convenient. Only downside was the apartments are very noisy, walls are thin and you can hear every step the people in the apartment above take (although I think we had an elephant staying above us) and parking is limited in the car park. We would definitely stay here again.

Really clean, quiet building in a perfect location - super easy to walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and got great light. Instructions for check-in and check-out were super easy and they were even able to accommodate a last minute extension and late check-out. I look forward to staying again next time I'm in Denver!

Overall good stay, we did get locked out of the property once, but it seemed to be a problem with the system since the alternate code was not working either. Problem was resoved quickly. Parking is not convenient, but the location certainly did.

Nice Place, Friendly Staff, but minor issues

All in all, it was a good stay. The location is incredibly convenient but the downside is that you're literally right by the freeway. They kindly provide earplugs on the nightstand plus there's the AC/heater fan to act as white noise. The place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has minimalist set up which is great for making breakfast or doing up an easy quick meal in the evening if you don't feel up to going out. My only issue was the chef's knife was SUPER dull making is difficult to chop even an onion (and dull knives are way more dangerous than sharp ones). Truthfully the only negative issue we had was running out of toilet paper on day 3 of our 4 day stay. I tried contacting Staff through their chat app and was told TP would be delivered that afternoon. Alas, we returned too discover NO delivery was made. So we (3 adult women) spent the next 18 hours having to use Kleenex tissue in liu of toilet paper. Outside of that, I would give high marks and recommend Sonder Osage. Just maybe pack your own TP if your staying for more than a couple of nights.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Cute apartment-style hotel with everything you need, especially for a family. The beds are comfortable and the unit had a washer and dryer, which was great! The window shades in the bedroom let a lot of morning sunlight in, so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past sunrise. Location is almost perfect... very walkable to trendy restaurants and Downtown Denver. It's right next to the freeway, so naturally it's loud all night (they were kind enough to provide eat plugs, which was appreciated). Parking was a bit of a mixed bag... sometimes there was enough, sometimes not and street parking isn't always nearby.

If there is a way. I would recommend somehow making the room code also the outside entry door code , or making that code much shorter. I left my cell in the room and was not able to gain entry until another individual came out

Clean and easy for a short stay

Clean and easy to access. As others have noted, you definitely hear other people moving about. It appears to be a new building, but the plumbing seemed cheaply done (shower faucet was loose and would not completely transfer to the spray head, kitchen sink handle was wonky). The light bulbs should be changed to a softer hue. And I wish there was at least one central water fill-up. Otherwise for one night this was fine.

The property was well located relative to great restaurant options, but the property itself was not worth the money. It is a studio, with a large kitchen, but no seating area and only a small table with hard chairs. There is tons of storage space, but if you are going to need so much storage, you are also going to need a sofa or a couple of armchairs. A second night stand would have been appreciated, as well as a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There was a constant sound at night like a car alarm, but we could not figure out where it was coming from, though we do think it was within the building. Basically it felt like an overpriced hotel room with a large, but generally useless, kitchen.

This property has no one on site you have to call a service rep and wait on hold every time you need something i tried to check in 1/2 hr early and they wanted to charge me for it the parking lot is always full of cars from the local bars and restaurants, so parking is a nightmare at night and since you don't register your car the towing company doesn't know who's supposed to be there you are right next to a major highway so it's always noisy especially when you try to go to bed Its more like we rented a furnished apartment for a week and only the living room has a tv (you have to use your own streaming services) the 2 bedrooms don't have tv's in them unlike every other hotel there isn't 1 place to plug a charging cable in for the phones either (we went to the store and bought one)
