"Terrible smell and unfriendly staff. Could t stay longer than two nights. We left."

"We had our wedding here. Very happy with that process and the staff’s assistance. Every staff member we dealt with was great. Dinner at the resort seemed expensive. Food was ok. Again, staff were great. We stayed in two different rooms. They were large and comfortable. Cleanliness was ‘ok.’ Not great. AC in one room super cold, the other, not so much. The beaches were fantastic. Property overall was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"This is not a resort like you would expect on the mainland. The island is very run down. I spent a week here for work, I drove all over the island and it’s just poverty stricken. The hotel is like the ones you see on the side of the interstate on the mainland that say 49.99 a night with free cable. STAY ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE TO STAY HERE. "The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. "The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. First off the Waze app doesn't work the best on the island, found Google maps works a ton better. The condo is small and great for a couple. Tracy provides lots creature comforts, cooler, beach chairs, sun block, condiments, etc. You'll need to buy bottled water, can't drill for freshwater on the island. The unit has a...

"Had a wonderful stay. The condo unit was everything we needed and the pool was just so convenient. We appreciate the property manager meeting us and showing us around. The property is just minutes from the boardwalk with all the shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
