Front desk person was like a zombie and when I asked if our room had a view, she said “yeah”… we had a view of the loading dock, and a loud HVAC unit right next to the room. We’ve stayed here for three years in a row now, but this may be the last. Hidden resort fees that pop up after you’re stay as well. Well, maybe not hidden, but doesn’t really sit well after you just spent a few few thousand on it. "
