"Great little boutique hotel with charm and very close to fortress. Room well appointed, only downside are pillows (flat and hard). As old building, no elevator. That said, small terrace on top floor with incredible view of fortress. Street offers great restaurants options. Only downside is distance to train station - good 15/20 min walk. Great staff and very helpful."

"Very nice hotel just outside Carcassonne Cite. With easy access to the Cite and the Town for shops - only about 20 mins walk from the train station. Beautiful view overlooking the Castle and the river. We had a 2nd floor room which had a mini balcony for sitting out on. Room was spacious, just a couple of niggly things like no soap in soap dispenser and missing coffee cups but otherwise all good. Good TV Channel selection and WiFi worked well. Overall a nice hotel, would stay here again. "

"This place is top notch. We regret not having dined there but the pool area and breakfast areas are stunning and the staff from David who brings you to the hotel from the parking to Patricia at front desk and the rest of the staff it’s just splendid. 5 stars well earned. I will be back."

"A lovely hotel with very close proximity to the castle gate . Safe and private parking Very helpful staff .We didn’t use the restaurant at all so I can’t comment on that . Gorgeous chilled ,cat , Pom-pom asleep in the reception ."

"Our room was large but basic but well priced. Pool was nice and brekky was good. The staff were good. The ad showed a sitting area in the lobby which we were planning on using but were told on arrival it was a private area - this aspect dissappointed us. I think a car is neccessary when staying here"
