"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "One word, outstanding! The staff from the front desk to room cleaners and everyone in between were so friendly and helpful. Your day starts with an exceptional breakfast spread - I have yet to see a better one in Europe. The hotel is situated on the marine close by he old town, with plenty of dining options near by. Ending your day either at rooftop pool or spa - complete with steam and sauna facilities relaxes those muscles after your day exploring the island. Special thank you are to Diogo at the Experiences desk for taking the time to help plan my adventures."
