"From the time I booked this trip, until I checked out, staff were attentive and very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the airport, effortless and quick. The bar staff were very friendly and personable. The food was fresh and seasoned very well! Renting a golf cart was very convenient. "We have been staying at Grand Colony for years. The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, no spa, the beach chairs have seen better days but so has the beach. The sea grass is nothing Grand Colony can help but it does make the ocean unswimable. "The property was clean and comfortable, a little outdated but nothing to fuss about. The pool was small and wasn't clean. The bed was comfy, and room's AC worked very well. About a 15 minutes ride from the city. Huge shoutout to the bartender and the night security guard, Javier and Erick. They were very nice to us, accommodating, and just great vibes. Those guys truly made our stay a great experience, Meta Rocks keep them forever! haha "
